Hi there. Welcome to
addINKtive designs. If you stopped by my blog from the
Zoo Babies Stamp Review Crew Blog Hop, you would have spotted a little pink pram that I made from the
Curvy Keepsake Die. As promised, here's a quick tutorial on how to make one, with a few tweaks and a new colour palette.
Curvy Keepsake Pram Tutorial
1. Cut out the two pieces of the Curvy Keepsake Die with your Big Shot and snip off one of the sides with a handle about 3/4" from the score line.
2. Emboss the two pointy sides with the
Argyle Embossing Folder about 3/4" from the base score line to avoid embossing the other sections.
3. Assemble the box as usual and curve the cut out section towards the insides of the box.
4. Cut a 'blanket' from DSP (A fraction smaller than 2" x 2") and glue to the inside base of the pram.
5. Add a handle made from the
Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch (6-1/2" long).
6. Make a square rim to go around the bottom edge of the box from DSP - 3/4" x 11" long and scored at 2-1/2", 5", 7-1/2" and 10". Attach to two of the sides with
Glue Dots.
Birthday Bash Specialty DSP used in this example.
7. The wheels are stamped in
Tangerine Tango Ink from one of the stamps from the
Amazing Birthday Set onto
Whisper White Card Stock and punched out with the
1" Circle Punch. Glue on 3/4" white circles to cover up the writing and add a
Mini Silver Brad to each wheel. Attach to the pram with
Dimensionals.
8. Embellish with the cute little stamps from
Zoo Babies.

Enjoy!
